Dr.
Fernando A. P. Barúqui is a Professor at Electronic
and Computer Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School, and at COPPE,
Electrical Engineering Program from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro
(UFRJ). He obtained the B. Sc in electronic
engineering (1987) from UFRJ, and the M. Sc. (1990) and D. Sc. (1999), in
electrical engineering, from COPPE/UFRJ. His current interests are: ·
